I am so happy you're here! I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating and stressful and my goal is to make this process as comfortable and helpful as possible.

If you are ready to start therapy, the first step is completing this inquiry form. Once you complete the form, I will reach out via email to find some times to connect over the phone for a free 15-minute phone consultation call.
During this free 15-minute phone consultation, we can discuss a little more about what is bringing you to therapy at this time and what your goals are for treatment. I am also happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding therapy.
After the consultation call, if we decide I will be a good fit as your therapist, we will go ahead and schedule the first initial session. Prior to this session, I will send over some paperwork to be completed. As always, throughout the process I am available for any questions or concerns that you may have.
