About Me:

I am so happy you're here! I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating and stressful and my goal is to make this process as comfortable and helpful as possible. 

 

As a therapist, I take a humanistic, client-centered approach. I prioritize being my authentic self to create a warm and inviting (virtual) space. My goal is to develop long lasting relationships with all of my clients to ensure that progress is achieved!

During this free 15-minute phone consultation, we can discuss a little more about what is bringing you to therapy at this time and what your goals are for treatment. I am also happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding therapy. 

After the consultation call, if we decide I will be a good fit as your therapist, we will go ahead and schedule the first initial session. Prior to this session, I will send over some paperwork to be completed. As always, throughout the process I am available for any questions or concerns that you may have.
